We are looking for highly motivated and professional Team Leaders with strong experience in Dubai’s property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive team growth by recruiting and onboarding new agents.
- Handle client inquiries and guide your team in converting leads into successful transactions.
- Monitor performance, implement strategies, and provide regular evaluations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate projects and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and admin departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure top-quality customer service and long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate (Dubai experience preferred).
- Must ensure their team recruits and brings new agents to the company.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and drive team productivity.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and target-focused.
