As we continue to scale, we are seeking a part-time videographer and content creator who understands the power of media in building a real estate brand and converting attention into value.
About the Role:
This is not just a technical role — it’s a creative partnership. We’re looking for someone who brings both cinematic vision and social media fluency, with the ability to craft content that tells stories, showcases high-end properties, and supports agent branding across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film cinematic property walkthroughs, agent content, lifestyle footage, and behind-the-scenes videos
- Create high-conversion short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to plan, storyboard, and execute shoots
- Assist in developing a signature content style that aligns with our brand positioning
- Be available for on-site shoots across various Dubai communities, including launches and live events
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and audio for real estate content
- Must have own equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera, gimbal, mic preferred)
- Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas, not just execute them
- Real estate content experience preferred but not required
