Job Title: Reception Manager (Russian Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the reception/hostess team to ensure smooth guest flow and outstanding hospitality service.
- Welcome and engage guests with professionalism, offering personalized assistance in Russian, English, and other languages when needed.
- Oversee reservations, seating plans, and guest lists, ensuring maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and schedule reception and hostess staff, ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards.
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and personalized attention.
- Coordinate with restaurant management, waitstaff, and kitchen teams for seamless service delivery.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints politely and effectively, escalating issues to management if required.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the reception and entrance areas.
- Monitor guest feedback, support marketing/promotional activities, and contribute to service improvement strategies.
- Prepare reports on reservations, guest flow, and team performance for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
