Vacancy: Administrator / Receptionist at the Premium Fitness Club Royal Boxing & Fitness (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai)
Royal Boxing & Fitness is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible front desk administrator who will become the face of our club and maintain a high level of service for our premium clients.
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service within the premium segment (fitness clubs, luxury hotels, boutiques, spas, etc.);
– Confident use of CRM systems, basic knowledge of Excel and Word;
– Excellent communication skills, clear and polite speech, strong attention to detail, and client-focused mindset;
– Well-groomed and professional appearance;
– Fluent in Russian and English (spoken communication is a must);
– Arabic language is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
– Welcoming and assisting guests at the club;
– Working with the CRM system: client bookings, schedule management, attendance tracking;
– Maintaining and updating the client database;
– Actively selling memberships and all additional club services (massage, cryotherapy, personal training, etc.);
– Coordinating with trainers, massage therapists, and the marketing team;
– Maintaining a premium-level atmosphere and order at the front desk.

– Work schedule: 6 days per week (6/1);
– Salary: 6000 AED base + commission from all club service sales;
