Job Summary:
The Receptionist & Admin is responsible for managing front-office activities, greeting and assisting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff.
- Ensure timely communication of messages to the appropriate teams or individuals.
- Handle inquiries and provide general information to clients and visitors.
- Support Functions:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or Bachelors; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependent Visa required
Work Environment:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours 8:30AM to 5PM.
- Office-based role with occasional offsite duties.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility in schedule during peak periods.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
