We are looking for a dedicated and organized Receptionist cum Logistics Coordinator (female candidate) to join our team in Ajman.
Job Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Logistics & Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams for import/export documentation.
- Prepare shipping invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and logistics operations.
- Support the logistics manager with daily operational tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics activities.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception/administration and logistics.
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics processes, shipping, and customs documentation is an advantage.
- Presentable, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
