Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Arabic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor logins and issuing guest passes.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company’s services or policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Office-based role with regular working hours.
- May require occasional overtime depending on business needs.
