We are currently seeking female UAE Nationals to join our team as a Receptionist at a well-established medical center in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and support administrative duties
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- UAE National (Female)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting is an advantage
