This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment and offering exceptional customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will assist in promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the wellness center's calendar
- Provide clients with information about wellness programs, services, and treatments available
- Assist with the check-in process, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and records are updated
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verification when required
- Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist in a wellness center or similar environment in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
- Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and office software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
