Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Providing a warm welcome to clients, visitors, and employees, directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Answering Phones: Managing a multi-line phone system, answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
- Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Assisting with Facilities: Coordinating with maintenance staff for any office upkeep or repairs.
- Ensuring Security: Managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
- Developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating and curating high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
- Managing and updating content on social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Drafting press releases and pitching articles for publication.
- Coordinating and managing the creation of all digital content, including website, blogs, and podcasts.
