We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our Property Management Department team in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally greet visitors and clients arriving at the Property Management Department.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Answer general inquiries and provide initial information related to properties or management services.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and property viewings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and ensure proper distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and general office space.
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team as needed (e.g., filing, data entry).

Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:
