Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment team in managing the full hiring cycle, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, clients, and internal departments. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including blue-collar, technical, and hospitality roles.
- Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment database.
- Liaise with clients to understand their manpower requirements and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies for sourcing international candidates.
- Travel overseas to coordinate and support recruitment drives when required.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and UAE labor market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools/ATS.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
