Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage reservation system and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate with servers to ensure tables are ready for seating
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant
- Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth guest flow
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints politely and promptly
- Communicate with kitchen and serving staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess in a restaurant in UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour
