Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote services effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
