About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The role involves driving sales of our ERP and software solutions to logistics, warehousing, and large manufacturing companies in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within target industries (logistics, warehousing, manufacturing).
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting, presentations, and demos to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored ERP/software solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B software/ERP sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong network within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
