Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of supervisory experience in the UAE and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met at all times.
- Train and manage restaurant staff to ensure compliance with service and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Assist in planning promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Preferably Female
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
