Skills and Qualifications: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for interacting with clients and other parties. Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven ability to attract clients, promote properties, and close deals. Knowledge of Real Estate Market: Familiarity with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
