Job Description: Chef / Sous Chef with Project Management Experience
We are seeking a dynamic Chef or Sous Chef with a strong background in Russian cuisine and proven project management skills to lead the launch and operations of new culinary ventures, including dark kitchens and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end restaurant or dark kitchen setup projects
- Develop authentic Russian menus and oversee recipe standardization
- Coordinate kitchen design, equipment sourcing, and operational workflows
- Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as a Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Russian cuisine
- Hands-on experience in launching dark kitchens or restaurants
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Driving License required
- Languages Known – English/Russian(preferred)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
