We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing car rental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, ensuring excellent service delivery, and contributing to the overall customer experience. Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle rentals, providing information about available options, prices, and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Process rental transactions, including reservation bookings, rental agreements, and returns.
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper completion of rental agreements.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's rental fleet, policies, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist customers with vehicle inspections and ensure the proper condition of rental vehicles.
- Resolve customer issues, handling difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer satisfaction targets and operational goals.
- Assist with general office duties as needed, such as maintaining rental records and inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in French, Arabic, and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain patience when dealing with challenging customers.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing customer needs.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the car rental or hospitality industry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
