Safety Manager – Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Safety Supervision
- Oversee and monitor all safety-related activities at the project site to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Education and Training
- Provide ongoing safety education and training to site staff and manpower.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and orientation programs for new workers.
- Compliance and Enforcement
- Ensure all personnel adhere to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
- Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation
- Identify potential hazards in the workplace and implement effective control measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Incident Management
- Investigate any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and audits.
- Submit regular safety performance reports to management.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project: 5 years (Preferred)
