Role Overview
Our client is s seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand their client base. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in smart home and AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop B2B and B2C opportunities with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Generate qualified leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution walkthroughs with presales/engineering support.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain CRM with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums.
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic accounts and key partnerships.
- Provide insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to strengthen business positioning.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in AV, home automation, IT, security systems, or ELV integration.
- Proven track record of solution/project-based selling (B2B or high-value B2C).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain smart living solutions in simple terms.
- Strong network within interior design, construction, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong closing mindset and disciplined pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
