- Assist in the creation and management of quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Source products and supplies locally, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Generate delivery notes and sales orders.
- Follow up on orders to guarantee timely delivery, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Utilize Excel and ERP systems efficiently for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and manage shipping documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and favorable terms.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
