Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in engaging institutional investors, family offices, and private banks.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain client data and sales activities in CRM systems.
Client Relationship & Administrative Support
- Coordinate client meetings, roadshows, and follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist in onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with DFSA regulations and data protection policies.
Marketing & Events
- Help organize client events, conferences, and roadshows.
- Ensure marketing materials are up to date and compliant.
Operations & Compliance
- Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Maintain sales and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in sales support, client service, or financial services.
- Experience in the GCC market; knowledge of institutional investors.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
