Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling plastic products, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our extensive range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for plastic products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical advice to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Report sales performance and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a salesperson in the plastic products and/or plastic raw materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the plastic manufacturing process, raw materials, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and preferably Arabic too.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE market is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
