To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to expanding our client base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Educate potential clients about our platform, offerings, and value proposition.
- Support client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and successful venue listings on the platform.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Track, report, and analyse sales activities and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve team targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (experience in the events, hospitality, or tech industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and client management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
