Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:
Proactively generate leads and establish relationships with clients in the real estate, commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Tendering & Proposal Development:
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements and project specifications.
- Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Collaboration with Design & Project Teams:
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
- Attend Industry Events:
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales and business development experience in the interior design, fit-out, contracting, or construction industry.
- Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of interior design processes, construction workflows, and fit-out project lifecycles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client management and networking abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE Experience & Driving License:
Must have valid UAE driving license and knowledge of local market dynamics.
