We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth. You will act as the liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Respond to customer queries and provide support as needed
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
- Monitor the team’s sales performance and report on sales metrics
- Maintain organized sales records and report periodically
- Handle calls, emails, and messages when the sales team is unavailable
- Support the creation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Follow up with clients for order updates, quotations, and payments
Requirements:
- Proven 3 Years experience in sales support or coordination (preferred in B2B or industrial sector)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
