This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Sharjah. The Sales
Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and process sales orders
- Update customers on the status of their pending sales orders.
- Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales data.
- Assist the sales team with administrative support, including preparing
proposals and reports.
- Track sales targets, generate reports, and support the team in achieving
monthly and annual goals.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-ups and documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commercially focused and self-motivated.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
