Our dynamic and growing company in the UAE is seeking an energetic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our diverse, multinational clientele. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries from clients and internal teams, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records meticulously.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and follow-up on leads.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of customer issues.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales department.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
- Effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, including proficiency in Tagalog, to ensure clear understanding and excellent service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Tagalog is essential for effective communication with a key segment of our client base.
- A bright, positive, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent the company positively.
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is an advantage, but fresh graduates with the right attitude and skills are encouraged to apply.
