- SAP systems for order processing, quoting, and tracking sales activities, including updating customer data, sales orders, and inventory information.
- Manages the sales process, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and efficiently fulfilled.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Manage sales orders from initial receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
