Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts market research for prospective clients to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and stay updated on new trends.
- Actively seeks new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media where possible.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Sets up meetings with new and existing clients to check on their requirements and concerns related to the product and service we are offering (ISO Certification), to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat customers.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to promote UCS’s ISO certification services.
- Follows up religiously on leads until it’s converted to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiates contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Provides regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote UCS’s services.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the ISO certification or management consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and certification processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude to deliver attractive presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
