We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives for Lubricants for automotive and industrial lubricants. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand customer base in assigned territory
- Drive sales growth through B2B and channel sales (distributors, mechanics, workshops, retailers)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct product demos and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and account management
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
