We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, fostering strong relationships, and promoting our marketing consultancy services across the UAE and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within Dubai and the broader UAE/GCC region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their marketing and business needs.
- Present tailored marketing solutions and consultancy services through proposals, presentations, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and stay informed about regional industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms across the UAE.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of business development experience, preferably in a marketing consultancy or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing services, branding, and digital strategy.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the Dubai business environment and local market dynamics.
- UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
