Emerald City Properties L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing team of brokers in the heart of Dubai’s real estate market. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead and manage a team of commission-based real estate brokers
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive deal flow
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and monthly reporting to the COO
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new brokers
- Support brokers with pipeline management and deal closing strategies
- Ensure CRM discipline and client follow-up standards are met
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing and videography team to boost agent visibility
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in real estate sales management (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and performance coaching skills
- Ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- UAE Driving License and Real Estate License preferred
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: AED 7000-10000/month
- Commission Override: 5–10% on total team deals 50% on own deals
- Tools Provided: Company SIM card, laptop, CRM access
- Support: Daily hot leads, in-house videographer, and marketing team
