Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 6–10 years of experience in IT Solutions for the Banking and Finance sector. The ideal candidate will be a true sales hunter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the Banking and Finance domain.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain consultative relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs.
- Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and track a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors to strategically position our solutions.
- Lead Management: Capture and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and handover where required.
- Proposal Excellence: Prepare high-quality proposals and tender documents tailored to client requirements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor budgets, track achievements, and align sales strategies with business goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 6–10 years in solution sales for the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector.
- Specialization: Proven track record in selling IT and payment card solutions.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Middle East IT market (mandatory).
- Driving License: Valid GCC driving license is required.
- Sales Acumen: Strong hunter mentality with a focus on selling and closing deals consistently.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proposal Skills: Expertise in preparing and presenting business proposals and value propositions.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of software and IT solutions for the BFSI domain.
