We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead a high-performing team and drive our sales operations to the next level.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage and mentor our sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading teams within a fast-paced real estate environment, with a strong focus on driving results, business growth, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to ensure the achievement of sales targets and organizational objectives.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to agents to enhance performance and productivity.
- Strategic Planning:
Design and implement sales plans and forecasts in alignment with overall company objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with departments like marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders such as developers, brokers, and clients.
Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote VVS ESTATE’s brand.
- Sales Performance Management:
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, tracking progress and providing feedback.
Optimize sales processes, CRM systems, and tools to ensure maximum efficiency.
Continuously monitor sales performance, pipelines, and conversions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, including timely responses and issue resolution.
Gather customer feedback to improve sales processes and services.
Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Mitigate risks through proper documentation and due diligence in transactions.
Stay updated on industry regulations and market best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of at least 10 agents in a real estate environment.
- Proven track record in real estate sales with a deep understanding of market trends and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
