As we continue to scale new heights, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through high-value corporate acquisitions, managing key accounts, ensuring full contract compliance, and leading commercial partnerships and vendor relationships. This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional with deep industry knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a proven ability to close complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new corporate clients across hospitality, logistics, aviation, travel, and events sectors.
- Develop tailored transport solutions to meet client-specific needs and secure long-term, profitable contracts.
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead client presentations, high-stakes negotiations, and deal closures from inception to execution.
Contract & Legal Compliance
- Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of all commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE commercial, transport, and labor regulations.
- Work closely with legal counsel to mitigate contractual and operational risks.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Negotiate and renew contracts to maximize value and performance.
- Track and monitor contractual KPIs, addressing any non-compliance proactively.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders.
- Drive client retention through proactive engagement and service excellence.
- Act as the main escalation point for key accounts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to align strategies with execution.
- Spearhead initiatives to enter new markets or launch innovative services.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Deliver regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to guide decision-making and growth strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, corporate contracting, and commercial law.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
