As we scale new heights, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through corporate acquisitions, managing key accounts, ensuring contract compliance, and overseeing all aspects of commercial partnerships and vendor relations. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge, negotiation finesse, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across sectors including hospitality, logistics, aviation, travel, and events.
- Develop tailored transportation solutions to meet client-specific needs and secure long-term contracts.
- Create and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Lead presentations, pitches, and client negotiations from lead generation to deal closure.
Contract & Legal Compliance
- Oversee preparation, review, and execution of commercial contracts.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal legal standards.
- Liaise with legal counsel to mitigate risk in client/vendor agreements.
Contract & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with existing vendors and suppliers to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are maintained.
- Negotiate and renew contracts to drive cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Monitor contract KPIs and escalate any non-compliance.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with C-level executives and procurement teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and service excellence.
- Act as the key point of contact for escalations and high-level negotiations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise a growing sales team; set targets, mentor staff, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing departments to ensure alignment and execution.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enter new markets or launch new services.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Provide regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and corporate contracting norms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo), Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
