We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. If you are passionate about property sales, team leadership, and delivering results in a competitive market—this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of property consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members
- Stay updated on market trends, projects, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Proven track record in team leadership and closing high-value deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Dubai real estate regulations
- [Language requirement if applicable, e.g., Arabic, Russian, etc.]
