Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Dubai sales team and help drive growth for our regional business, with a focus on our SaaS and Telco offerings under the Engage & Connect business units, which leverages advanced AI and omnichannel technologies to revolutionize customer engagement for our clients.
What you will do
As a Sales Manager, you drive sales and build strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform customer communication.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the MEA region enterprise market.
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base.
Client Engagement
Deliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaboration & Representation
Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and identify new prospects.
Sales Operations
Use Salesforce CRM to manage your sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.

Additionally, you ideally have
Tertiary qualification with a commercial focus.
Minimum of 3 years in Sales / Account Management roles in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
International commercial experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you build rapport with clients and colleagues effortlessly.
Superb presentation and closing abilities.
Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business communications is an advantage.
