We are looking for a an experienced Sales Manager who will have experience in WMS, automation, logistics, or industrial solutions.
Salary is negotiable based on the level of experience in the field.
Job will be based in Dubai.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the warehouse automation and logistics sector
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead bid preparations, commercial proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Understand client operations and align WMS/intralogistics solutions with their strategic needs.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WMS platforms, AS/RS, AGV/AMR, conveyors, and automation trends.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform positioning and solution differentiation.
- Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and solution design teams to propose optimal solutions.
- Build strong internal collaboration with project managers, technical experts, and senior leadership.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
- Maintain CRM updates, track sales pipeline, and prepare regular business reports.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and report on key metrics and business KPIs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
