- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share for IT hardware products.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and regional markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales tactics.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in IT hardware sales (monitors, mice, accessories, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the IT product distribution and retail landscape in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing network of clients or vendors in the IT industry is a plus.
