We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving and exceeding company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Set and communicate clear sales targets and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better serve clients.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
Recruitment and Training:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members with HR personnel as needed.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role..
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
