Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities in the fields of accounting, taxation, and business setup. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, securing new clients, and promoting the company’s services—entirely on a commission-based compensation model.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit business areas to introduce the company’s services and onboard new clients (outbound marketing).
- Make outbound calls to businesses to promote accounting and tax services and generate leads.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with interested clients and deliver sales presentations.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and in-house professionals (Accountants, Senior Managers, CEO) to identify client requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare customized proposals for potential clients.
- Stay updated on client needs, competitors, and changes in tax and business regulations.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in sales & marketing (preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Language: Fluent in English (Required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-Based (No fixed salary)
- Attractive commission structure based on successful client conversions and revenue targets
