Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s range of coffee beans to new and existing customers.
- Identify potential clients including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retailers.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on different types of beans (origins, roasting levels, flavor profiles, brewing methods, etc.).
- Conduct tastings and demonstrations to educate customers and support purchasing decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the roastery or supplier team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new coffee innovations.
- Attend coffee-related events, exhibitions, and training sessions when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, origins, roasting levels, and brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for specialty coffee and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
