Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various coffee machines (home-use and commercial)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Ensure machines are operating at optimal performance
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain service records and report technical issues
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in coffee machine maintenance
- Strong knowledge of both home-use and commercial coffee equipment
- Ability to work independently and respond to urgent service calls
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
