Overview
As a Coffee Roaster, you will be responsible for roasting high-quality coffee beans to perfection. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible taste and aroma of every blend.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain coffee roasting machines and equipment.
- Prepare and blend green coffee beans to the desired roast level.
- Monitor roasting process and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality roasted coffee.
- Perform quality control tests on roasted coffee to ensure it meets the company's standards.
- Clean and maintain roasting equipment and work area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in coffee roasting or related field is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (for machine programming).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed.
