Job Description: Travel Sales Executive (B2B & B2C)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Travel Sales Executive to drive business in both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves selling visa services, holiday packages, and related travel products. The candidate must be capable of independently generating and closing B2C leads and building long-term partnerships with B2B clients such as travel agents and corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
· B2B Sales:
· • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with travel agencies, sub-agents, and corporate clients.
· • Conduct presentations and negotiate partnership terms with potential B2B clients.
· • Ensure excellent service delivery and build long-term B2B accounts.
· B2C Sales:
· • Handle direct leads from online platforms, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
· • Consult with clients to understand travel needs and provide appropriate solutions including visa services and travel packages.
· • Close sales independently and follow up for payments and documentation.
· General:
· • Achieve monthly sales targets (both B2B & B2C).
· • Maintain updated records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
· • Collaborate with operations and support teams for smooth client servicing.
· • Stay informed about global visa rules, destination insights, and industry trends.
Requirements:
· • Proven experience in travel or visa sales (minimum 2 years).
· • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· • Demonstrated ability to close individual B2C leads and build B2B pipelines.
· • Familiarity with major travel destinations and visa procedures.
· • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
