We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the furniture industry, a strong understanding of the UAE market, and the ability to engage with government and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and effectively promoting our high-quality furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, hospitality clients, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE furniture market.
- Promote and sell a range of furniture products tailored for office, healthcare, hospitality, and residential use.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market, including key players, trends, and business dynamics.
- Experience dealing with government procurement processes and hospitality projects.
- Established network of contacts within the government and hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
