Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and gift arrangements, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Handle inquiries from clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the sales field, preferably in the flowers or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
